CONNETCTING INNOVATION AND STYLE

At VOICE OF INSIDERS, we endlessly explores the interaction between science, innovative textiles, our daily wardrobe, cultures, our environment. As both creators and consumers, we have been partnering with sustainable material innovators sine our day one. The goal is to comfortably empower our daily performance and enable us to do more, while minimizing environmental impact.

We believe that science can shape a better future for all of us.

A fully plant-based fiber

Active ingredients from sea to skin.

The unique properties of seaweed help to protect our skin against the harmful environmental influences which we are exposed to in our daily lives. The seaweed is pure and rich in essential substances such as vitamins, trace elements, amino acids and minerals.

The substances found in seaweed help to activate cell regeneration, which in turn can help to relieve skin diseases, reduce inflammation and soothe itchiness. Its high level of antioxidants protects the skin against harmful free radicals, which damage our skin cells.

The natural moisture level of the skin enables an active exchange of those beneficial substances between the fiber and the skin, providing a noticeable sense of wellbeing.

A patented high-tech process that guarantees long-lasting quality

The patented process embeds the seaweed firmly within a natural
cellulose fiber. As a result, the positive properties of the seaweed are permanently preserved within the fiber, even after multiple washing cycles.

Added value for a wide range of applications

It adds a smooth, silky feel to any fabric, together with the comfort and care elements required from a generation with an active,
health-conscious lifestyle.

"Polygiene Stays Fresh"

A technology that prevents the growth of odor-causing bacteria and stops the odor at the source, permenently. To do this, Polygiene uses low concentrations of silver salt (silver chloride), which has antimicrobial properties and inhibits bacterial growth. The treatment is applied at the finishing stages of textile production and field and lab tests show a high level of odor control beyond the usual lifespan of a garment product.

How it works

Sweat is a natural response to any physical activity. The cooling and heat dispersing actions of up to 2.6 million sweat glands in the average human body are essential to help us perform and keep us comfortable. Sweat is natural and odorless but mixed with textiles it creates a moist and warm environment which is ideal for odor causing bacteria to
multiply and grow. It is the bad odor released by the bacteria which leads to the reduced self confidence in 90% of us and which causes 30% of us to discard clothes prematurely. Polygiene prevents the growth of odor-causing bacteria and fungi at the source.

Environment

Polygiene is driven by the belief that the environment is at the center of sustainability. We want to limit the use of resources today to ensure the availability of resources for future generations.

To do this Polygiene scrutinizes the entire supply chain – from sourcing, production, application through to washing and disposal. Together with outdoor loving consumers and leading environmentally conscious brands we are focused on minimising the environmental footprint of all our activities.

The origin

Originally developed for NASA to protect astronauts from temperature fluctuations in space, NASAOutlast® technology utilizes phase-changing material (PCM) that absorb, store, and release heat for optimal thermal comfort. The technology is comparable to ice in a drink: as it changes from solid to liquid, it absorbs heat and cools the drink, keeping it at the desired temperature for longer.

Outlast PCM works in the same way but are microencapsulated materials are called Thermolecules and they are exceptional durable for many applications including incorporate into fabrics and fibers that will then have the capacity to absorb, store and release excess heat. This helps continually regulate the skin’s micro climate.

Tested in Space, and Right Here on Earth

Outlast® technology is the only phase change material that carries the Certified Space Technology™ seal of approval. The technology was first developed for use by NASA, and continues to be developed and tested for efficacy and safety, across multiple applications, for major brands around the world. Outlast currently holds over 96 patents related to thermally adaptive materials.

How it works

Our skin is exposed to temperature changes that affect the body's microclimate.

When we overheat, our body naturally releases the excess body heat and sweats to cool the skin.

Outlast® technology absorbs the excess heat and stores it in patented Outlast® microcapsules called Thermocules. When we start to cool, the stored heat is released back to the body. The result is a constant comfort zone next to your skin.

Celliant®

Powered by you.

From science to wellness

Celliant’s applied science utilizes a blend of minerals and proprietary
ingredients that are embedded into the core of the fiber. Use of products containing this technology has been clinically proven to enhance tissue oxygen levels, improve athletic performance, sleep
quality, health and wellness.

How it works

POWER FROM WITHIN™: Celliant transforms your body’s heat into full-spectrum infrared energy, promoting local circulation and cell oxygenation while keeping you drier and at the perfect temperature. And that means more energy, endurance, strength, stamina, comfort, quicker recovery, and better sleep.

MINERALS WOVEN INTO FIBERS OR APPLIED AS FABRIC COATING.

HEAT TRANSFORMED INTO INFRARED.

INFRARED REFLECTED BACK TO THE BODY.

INCREASED LOCAL OXYGEN LEVELS: The full-spectrum infrared light promotes vasodilation, or improved local circulation, making more oxygen available to your cells—a minimum increase of 8% as proven in clinical trials.

MORE OXYGEN FOR YOU: The increase in local circulation and oxygen means you perform stronger, recover faster and sleep better.
