ORDER AND PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive an additional email at the time your order ships that will include the USPS tracking number to trace your package.
If you have a Voice Of Insiders account, you may also check that status of your order by clicking on the order number within your account. From there, you will be able to view the full details of your order, including the status and tracking number.
All domestic orders will be shipped free. All international orders over $250 will be shipped free.
Important to know for international orders:
Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days and shipped via USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or AE addresses.
Please be noted that we don't ship on holidays or weekends.
Certain items are available for pre-order. The items you pre-order will be reserved for you, and will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. The estimated shipping date usually ranges from 2-4 weeks after the order is purchased. If you place an order with pre-order items and in-stock items, you will receive separate shipments and shipment confirmations when each item is dispatched.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our product doesn’t fit, or didn't work, or you are not satisfied, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for a pre-paid shipping label to return for a full refund. Please read our Return Policy below:
- Returns on eligible items must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and hangtags attached.
- The proof of payment must accompany the return.
- All items are subject to inspection.
- Voice Of Insiders reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.
- Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please note: Only items purchased through voiceofinsiders.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any department store, specialty store or online partner must be returned to the place of purchase.
International customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping fees (including taxes and duties). Once we receive your return, we will process your refund for all eligible, inspected and approved items. Ship eligible item(s) to:

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or different color.
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.
To exchange your purchase to a different size or color, you may also email us at email@example.com with your order number and the size/color you would like to exchange. If the size/color is available, we'll email you back a pre-paid shipping label.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for a different style. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at voiceofinsiders.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you and notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, you may contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
You may also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Quality is the heart of who we are. Our quality shows up in our brand image, our delivery content as well as our products. If our product doesn't perform for you due to a manufacture defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at email@example.com, your purchase may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
